CLASSES

Classes are technical. We focus less on giving a workout (although you can certainly expect one) and more on teaching a craft.

We offer group classes, 1-on-1s, and 2-on-1s.

Gloves provided free of charge.

Sparring optional. Must be pre-approved by your coach and must wear headgear to participate.

- COACHING -
Learn, practice, and improve your craft with the guidance of an experienced coach. We tailor each class to your needs, experience, and skill level. Coaching classes may include a mix of mitt-work, partner drills, strength and conditioning, shadow boxing, hitting a bag, and sparring. Show up anytime within the Coaching window and expect to be at the gym for 75 minutes (but stay longer if you want to!).

- OPEN GYM -
Use our facilities to practice what you need. Skip rope, shadowbox, hit the bag and use our equipment whoever you see fit.

- SPARRING SESSIONS -
Put your skills to the test. Must wear mouthpiece and headgear; must be approved by a coach to participate.

- FIRST TIMER CLASSES -
Technique-focused beginner classes to teach you the fundamentals of boxing in a welcoming atmosphere. No equipment needed. Offered twice weekly. No need to sign up, just show up and we’ll be ready for you.

If you’ve never boxed before we recommend your first time with us to be a First Timer Class.
